Hey, thanks for your completing our first home buyer series of videos.

Hopefully out of this, you have

  • a clearer picture of what the banks are looking at when you are applying for a home loan,
  • how to present your best financial self to a bank, and
  • most importantly, just how the process of buying a house actually works!

There are a lot of moving parts when you start to think about buying your first home, and as we have talked about, it’s really important you put some people around you that you trust, that have been through this process multiple times, and know what they’re doing at, and they’re happy to answer your questions.

We really enjoy working with first home buyers, and for us, this includes not just acting as a mortgage broker, helping get the home loan, but helping understand the whole process. Quite regularly we work with people who are not yet ready to buy a house, but want to understand where they’re at, and what they need to do to get there.
